About

Our history begins in the early 90s, after acquiring a license from a popular Italian alcoholic beverage company, to produce a novel alcoholic beverage for the Russian market.

It was a new and exciting product and sales grew steadily. Unexpectedly, it proved challenging to supply the production with enough glass packaging. A bottle of the required quality and quantity was not, at that time produced in Russia. An idea was born: to build a glass packaging plant in the Southern Region and in turn supply the production of our beverage. This new plant was built to provide Russian manufacturers of various beverages with glass packaging produced in the south of Russia while meeting international quality standards at the same time.

1997

1997

Construction of the plant began and was submitted to the regional investment program.

2002

2002

The plant with a capacity of 110 million standard units of glass containers per year became operational. We launched a brown glass bottle for the beer industry. The demand for our products was high. Therefore, simultaneously with the launch of the plant, further expansion of production capacity continued, which was completed in 2002.

2003

2003

Our plant reached its maximum design capacity – 340 million standard units of glass containers per year.

2007

2007

To meet the growing demand of our customers, we embarked on a further expansion of our production capacity. We decided to build a brand new glass packaging factory, utilising the most modern, economical and environmentally friendly equipment.

2010

2010

The new factory began its production. Its capacity was 360 million conventional units of glass containers per year.

2011

2011

The second production line of the new glass factory was commissioned, the productivity of which also amounted to 360 million standard units of glass containers per year.

2011

2011

We started the construction of the third production line and a new optical sorting plant for cullet.

2013

2013

After the launch of the third production line, the production capacity of the plant amounted to 1100 million standard units of glass containers in a year. The total investment in the construction and equipment of new production amounted to 87 million euros.

Protection of Environment

Our composite shop is currently the largest in Russia. Specially developed and patented flue gas cleaning technology allowed to bring the degree of their cleaning to the maximum level. The residual dust concentration does not exceed 2 mg / m3. This newest system returns the fine fraction of raw materials back to the process, ensuring healthy working conditions for staff and preventing dust emissions into the atmosphere without disturbing the city’s environment.

Cullet is a necessary component for melting glass. Sorted broken glass of the desired colour is not always available and because of this, glass packaging factories may experience supply disruptions. In order to meet the growing needs of our company, we built a new cullet sorting workshop and equipped it with optical equipment by the Austrian company “BT Wolfgang Binder”. This company offers the most innovative solutions in the field of automated waste processing. During the day, our shop processes up to 700 tons of cullet, removing dirt from it and dividing it by color. Our cullet workshop has a positive effect on the ecology of the region, allowing us to convert unclaimed waste of highly contaminated cullet into raw materials for the production of new glass packaging.
